The North American Hockey League released its 2022-23 schedule today and the New Jersey Titans will begin their quest to repeat as the league’s champion when they play their first game of the regular season on the road against the Maryland Black Bears on Friday, September 9 at 7:00PM. It will the fourth time out of the last five years that the Titans have opened a new season on the road against Maryland.
The Red Buckets are looking to become the first team since the 2009 St. Louis Bandits to repeat as the Robertson Cup national champions.
The league’s annual Showcase will be held from Wednesday, September 14 through Saturday, September 17 in Blaine, MN. The schedule for the NAHL Showcase will be announced later.
The Titans home opener will be on Friday, September 30 against the Black Bears at 7:30PM.
New Jersey will play a total of twenty-eight home games at the Middletown Sports Complex during the regular season. Four games will be played on Tuesday night’s at 7:00PM.
The Red Buckets will play eight games each against the Johnstown Tomahawks, Maine Nordiques, Maryland Black Bears and the Philadelphia Rebels, and they will play twelve games against Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks and the Northeast Generals respectively.
Season packages and individual ticket prices will be announced during the summer.
